At Buckhorn, our kitchen is the heart of every meal, campfire story, and shared memory. But during summer, kitchen temperatures soar over 100°F, creating dangerous conditions for our chef and staff.
This Giving Tuesday, we're raising $10,000 to install a new cooling system and provide a safe, comfortable space for our team to keep the magic of camp alive. Your gift will help us create an environment where delicious meals and happy memories can continue to be made—safely.
Every donation brings us closer to our goal.
Can we count on your support to keep Buckhorn cooking?
Alternatively, members of Community of Christ may choose to donate via eTithing(also known as SecureGive). Click here for instructions if needed.
Checks should be made out to Buckhorn Camp with "Giving Tuesday" included on the memo line. Mail to:

The kitchen is the heartbeat of every home, and Buckhorn is no exception.
It's time to replace our swamp cooler for the kitchen area that pulls the unbearable heat out of the areas with ovens, dishwashers, stove tops, and more. The heat doesn't just stay in the kitchen prep area either - it can heat up the guest side of the dining hall as well!
We have set a fundraising goal of $10,000 to replace and maintain a new cooling system. Will you help us reach our target? Every contribution helps us move a little closer to bringing the temperature down in our kitchen and dining hall.
Thank you for your consideration!
